Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GAMR ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use GAMR.

Premium features require a paid subscription billed monthly ($99) or annually ($999) through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time from the billing portal; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support and we will review your case in good faith.

You agree not to misuse the Service, share paid content outside your account, attempt to bypass access controls, or infringe others' intellectual property. Course projects you build are yours to keep and publish.

GAMR course content, branding, and platform code are owned by GAMR or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access content for learning purposes.

GAMR is an independent educational platform. We make no claim of formal accreditation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable.
